All orders will be confirmed by a return e-mail and at that time we will notify you of expected ship date.  On custom products, such as mascot blankets and other items that are being personalized or customized, production time can range from 1-4 weeks depending on the time of year and availability of materials.

Shipment within the contiguous 48 states of the USA will be made with UPS or FedEX.
Certain customer will have their orders shipped only with UPS.

International shipments will be made with the US Postal Service, unless otherwise requested and agreed to by KMSCO, Inc.

We can not be responsible for delays in transit.
