Our return policy varies, depending on the product you have purchased.

Customized or personalized products -  Returns are NOT allowed unless the product is defective or of substandard quality.  Upon return of the item in question and after our inspection thereof, we will either replace it or issue a full refund.

Non-customized or non-personalized products - Returns are allowed for these products ONLY if they are unused and returned to us in perfect, like new condition.  Upon it's return, we will issue a full refund.
